Dr. Lisa M. S. Barrow is an international workplace bullying researcher and author of two books titled In Darkness Light Dawns: Exposing Workplace Bullying, and Hope For A Healthy Workplace. She is a business consultant and Assistant Professor at Brock University. Dr. Barrow has appeared on media outlets in Canada and the United States and has written newspaper and magazine articles which focused on workplace bullying. She has been involved in lobbying efforts pertaining to workplace anti-bullying legislation in Canada and the United States. Dr. Barrow relies on her 25 years of managerial experience, educational background and research abilities to develop and deliver value-added consulting, coaching, workshops, training, and keynotes for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Along with addressing bullying in the workplace, Dr. Barrow addresses issues pertaining to employee motivation, leadership, workplace stress, and organizational change.
